Strategic commodities. Institutional channels. Cross-border execution.
ULUSOYPARK's Trade division executes cross-border commercial transactions in strategic product categories, with a focus on institutional and government-to-government supply channels. The division does not operate as a commodity broker. It functions as a strategic trade partner — identifying supply-demand imbalances at the institutional level, structuring end-to-end trade arrangements, and managing execution across regulatory, logistical, and financial dimensions.
Supported by the Group's logistics capabilities, financing relationships, and advisory network, we structure and execute transactions of a complexity and scale that require more than a trading desk — they require a platform.
Each capability is a service line we run end-to-end — from origination and structuring through delivery and operation. No subcontracted promises.
Including government-sponsored importation programs and bilateral supply arrangements.
Raw materials, components, and capital goods for institutional buyers.
For government and institutional procurement.
Coordinated with the Group's Technology division for integration support.
Subject to full applicable export control and sanctions compliance.
Transactions are structured with full consideration of applicable trade finance instruments: letters of credit, documentary collections, supply chain financing, and where appropriate, government-backed guarantees. Our relationships with Turkish government authorities and international financial institutions enable execution of transactions that carry sovereign-level risk support where the project warrants it.
All trade operations are conducted in full compliance with applicable Turkish, EU, and US export control and sanctions regulations. The Group maintains dedicated trade compliance oversight and engages external legal counsel in relevant jurisdictions for complex or sensitive transactions.
